Privacy Policy

Inflow is a quote, invoice and expense product operated by Madala Ventures (“Inflow”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account details — your email address and sign-in metadata.
• Business profile — the business name, branding, currency and tax details you enter.
• Content you create — clients, quotes, invoices, expenses and receipt images.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the product is used.

We use your information to provide and improve the service: to create and send your documents, power the AI features, keep your account secure, and provide support.

Inflow's AI features — receipt scanning and voice-to-quote — send the relevant content (such as a receipt image or a voice transcript) to OpenAI for processing so we can return a structured result. We send only what is needed for the feature you invoke, and you review the result before it is saved.

Subscription payments are processed by Paystack. Card details are handled by Paystack under their own terms and security standards — Inflow never sees or stores your full card number.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run Inflow:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• OpenAI — AI receipt scanning and voice-to-quote.
• Paystack — subscription payment processing.
• An email delivery provider — to send your documents and sign-in links.

In line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can access, correct, export or delete your personal information. You can export or delete your data from within the app, or contact us to assist.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and protect it with encryption in transit, row-level access controls and least-privilege access.
